The Evil Spirit Mask is found in the South Lomei Depths Labyrinth, but before it can be collected, you need to reach the center of the South Lomei Labyrinth on the Surface, activate the Zonai panel found there, and complete The South Lomei Prophecy Side Quest.

There are a couple of different ways to reach the center of the labyrinth, depending on how you want to go about it. The longer but more loot-filled solution is to start at the entrance in the north and follow the path acorns that a Zonai Research team has left leading to the center.

Follow the short acorn path to reach the central chamber that houses the Motsusis Shrine and the Zonai panel needed to find the Evil Spirit Mask. Activate the Zonai panel near the shrine to unlock the sky labyrinth directly above it and begin The South Lomei Prophecy quest.

Once you’ve completed the labyrinth on the surface, the one in the sky above it will open up and have a shrine waiting for you as well. The quickest way to reach the entrance on the north side is to use the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower and glide to the nearby East Gerudo Sky Archipelago.

From there, you can build a flying machine out of a Zonai wing glider and a few fans to fly south. When you reach the sky labyrinth, you’ll able to complete the Siyamotsus Shrine outside its entrance, as well as activate the Zonai panel in order to enter this floorless labyrinth.

Make your way throw the maze to each of the four panels you need to activate, which are found at the bottom of the rectangular chutes found in each corner of the labyrinth.

If you have The South Lomei Prophecy quest selected, these panels should be marked on your map as part of the labyrinth’s side quest. Once you've activated the four panels, the wind will start to blow harder, allowing you to fly above the labyrinth walls and to one final Zonai panel near the center.

Activating this panel will unlock a chasm down in the surface maze, allowing you to dive from the sky labyrinth all the way down into the depths for one final labyrinth challenge.

While it’s called a labyrinth, this final area isn’t actually much of a maze. There are some chests with powerful weapons hiding in the area, but to track down the Evil Spirit Mask, throw out some Brightbloom Seeds to help you find your way to the central chamber where a Flux Construct III is waiting to be defeated.
