A young scientist whose genius earned her the role of heading up Depths research.

Josha finds it thrilling to be working with Purah. Though she helps with various investigations into Princess Zelda's disappearance, she's glad to focus her time on the Depths.

Josha can be found in the north section of Lookout Landing; you'll first meet her early on in the game when you need to activate Skyview Towers. Later on, she'll be the one to give you the mains story quest, "Camera Work in the Depths," where you'll need to go to The Depths to find Robbie and activate your Purah Pad's Camera function.

After completing Camera Work in the Depths, you can talk to Josha again to start another main story quest, "A Mystery in the Depths."

In Tears of the Kingdom, Josha is brought to life by the talented voice actress Maya Aoki Tuttle. Maya is no stranger to the world of video games, having lent her voice to other successful projects. These include the 2020 Final Fantasy VII remake and the more recent Destiny 2: Lightfall, where she voiced the character Eido. Maya's skilled voice work adds a layer of depth to Josha's character, contributing significantly to the immersive gameplay experience of Tears of the Kingdom.
