Accented Pigeons are only found in the Sky Isles. They're usually perched on islands that have small forests or even just a single tree.

Accented Pigeons spend most of their time on the ground, sitting perfectly still. They will spook if you get too close, so sneaking up on them for a good shot is your best bet.
