All you have to do to unlock the Cece Fabric is visit the Kochi Dye Shop for the first time and speak to Sayge. You can find the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village at the coordinates: 3402, -2143, 0121.

Chuchu Fabric

You can get the Horse Fabric by taking a picture of a Horse on your Purah Pad and showing it to Sayge at the Kochi Dye Shop.

Horse-God Fabric

Collect 5 Pony Points and redeem them at any stable to unlock the Horse-God Fabric.

Hudson Construction Fabric

Korok Fabric

Lynel Fabric

Take a picture of a Lynel on your Purah Pad and show it to Sayge at the Kochi Dye Shop to get the Lynel Fabric.

Lurelin Village Fabric

The Stalnox Fabric is another one of Sayge’s reference image requests. Take a photo of a Stalnox and bring it to him to unlock the Stalnox Fabric.

Yiga Fabric

Zonai Fabric

Koltin's Fabric

Find every Bubbul Gem inside every Cave.

Once you've acquired a Paraglider Fabric, you can customize your Paraglider by visiting the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village. Speak to Sayge, and when prompted, select "Rework the paraglider". Select the Paraglider Fabric you want to equip, and for 20 Rupees your Paraglider will be customized with the design of your choice.
