How to Get Gleeok Thunder Horn in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

You can get Gleeok Thunder Horn by defeating one of the most fearsome minibosses in TotK, a large three-headed beast that wields the power of lightning, the Thunder Gleeok.

Tips for Finding Gleeok Thunder Horn

  • Unlock the Camera and Sensor+ upgrades for your Purah Pad so you can eventually snap a photo of a Gleeok Thunder Horn to add it to your Hyrule Compendium. Once you've done that, you can target Gleeok Thunder Horns with the Purah Pad sensor, which will ping you when in range of a Thunder Gleeok.

Gleeok Thunder Horn Uses

Gleeok Thunder Horn makes an excellent fusing material to grant your weapons more damage and the ability to zap monsters with electricity, briefly stunning and disarming them. These horns can also be fused to shields for similar effects, allowing you to damage and shock monsters with your shield parry. You can also attach Gleeok Thunder Horns to arrows to increase their damage and release a large shocking blast of electricity at the point of impact.

Other uses for the rare Gleeok Thunder Horn include upgrading the Charged Armor Set to its max level, cooking with critters to make slightly longer-lasting elixirs, and dying your armor at the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno.
