Where to Find Stamella Shroom in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
You can find Stamella Shrooms in most regions, with more significant concentrations appearing in the Lanayru Great Spring area. Typically, you'll find them in many places as you explore Hyrule, including next to the trunks of trees in woodland areas, in caves and wells, next to rocks, and at the foot of many cliffsides. While not as common as the Hylian Shroom, you will often see these green-capped mushrooms.

Stamella Shroom Locations - Fort Hateno and Bubinga Forest
Just east of the Eshos Shrine, you can find many Stamella Shrooms in the nearby Bubinga Forest, Ash Swamp, and around Fort Hateno. You can find some of these locations marked on the map above by the yellow leaf icons. While searching this area for Stamella Shrooms, it will help to have unlocked Sensor+ on your Purah Pad so you can track them with the sensor.

Stamella Shroom Locations - Upland Zorana
You can find many Stamella Shrooms in the Upland Zorana area atop and along the mountain's inner sides surrounding Zora's Domain, with some of their locations marked by yellow leaf icons on the map above. Due to the vertical nature of this terrain and the placements of the Stamella Shrooms, it will be helpful to unlock the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower and the Ihen-a Shrine so you can fast travel back to the top of the mountain after gliding down for mushrooms. While searching this area for Stamella Shrooms, it will also help to have unlocked Sensor+ on your Purah Pad so you can track them with the sensor.

Tips for Finding Stamella Shrooms
- Explore areas dense with trees and check near tree trunks and rocks.
- If you see many other types of mushrooms nearby, there's a chance of finding a Stamella Shroom in the area as well.
- Unlock the Camera and Sensor+ upgrades for your Purah Pad so you can snap a photo of a Stamella Shroom to add them to your Hyrule Compendium. Once you've done that, you can target Stamella Shrooms with the Purah Pad sensor, and it will ping you as you close in on their locations.

Stamella Shrooms are a fantastic ingredient to give your mushroom-related cooking recipes the effect of restoring your stamina, which can come in handy when energy on demand could make all the difference. To increase the amount of stamina you can recover from each dish, add more Stamella Shrooms to the mix.
