A Picture for New Serenne Stable
A Picture for New Serenne Stable is one of many Side Quests in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom that requires Link to fetch an image for the stable in question. This quest begins at the New Serenne Stable in Hyrule Ridge by approaching and pressing A near the empty picture frame.

After interacting with the picture fame, the stable attendant Sprinn will talk to Link. He mentions how he's interested in the geoglyphs Lady Impa told him about, but in order to paint it, he needs a panoramic view of the geoglyph right outside the stable.
A Photo of the Geoglyph
To achieve this, all you need to do is run to the tall stone far across the field outside the stable entrance. You can also run to the top of the geoglyph's hill. The point is you need to get an image that portrays a large portion of the geoglyph, but it doesn't have to be perfect! Keep in mind, though, that the photo you present is what will eventually be hung up in the stable.
You'll know you've got enough of the geoglyph in your photo when you see an orange marker pop-up that turns into a side quest label, as shown above.
Save the photo to your album and return to Sprinn. He won't have a quest marker on him. Select "Put up a picture." from the conversation menu and he'll ask to see a photo of the geoglyph for his painting.
Sprinn says that he can replace the picture later if you present another geoglyph photo to him. He then rewards you with one Pony Point and Bright Tomato Mushroom Stew, a signature dish of the stable.
