Up near the crest of Salari Hill (near coordinates -1437, 1456, 0190), you can find a Korok with a backpack. His friend is sending up a smoke signal all the way at Irch Plain to the southeast.

There are some Zonai devices nearby to help you build a vehicle to drive the Korok to the smoke signal. Otherwise, you will need to use Ultrahand to lift the Korok and carry him all the way over to his friend in Irch Plain. Be careful of monsters along the way. Once reunited, the Koroks will reward you with two Korok seeds.
