Koltin

Koltin is Kilton's brother, just like his sibling did in Breath of the Wild, Kolton runs a unique shop in Tears of the Kingdom that allows Link to purchase special gear made out of monster parts. However, this time you'll need to trade Bubbul Gems to get anything from the shop.

Koltin needs as many Bubbul Gems as he can get his hands on because he believes that by eating a bunch of them, he'll be able to transform into a Satori.

You'll first run into Koltin by speaking to his brother, Kilton, who will be standing outside the Pico Pond Cave's entrance (coordinates 1208, 1214, 0020), if you get lost, just look for a giant and colorful hot air balloon.

This conversation will start the side quest "The Hunt for Bubbul Gems!." Once you complete that one, another side quest will start, "The Search for Koltin," during this one, you'll need to find Kolton and his shop. Once you do, you can purchase from his shop anytime you want.
