Sapphire Uses
Sapphires are essential for upgrading the Desert Voe Armor Set, Armor of the Sky Set, and Sapphire Circlet at the Great Fairy Fountains. Sapphires also make potent weapon fusions and arrow attachments that imbue attacks, shield parries, and arrows with the element of ice—which can temporarily freeze a monster and make them vulnerable to your next attack. Other uses for Sapphires include selling for rupees and dyeing your armor blue at the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village
Fuse Attack Power: 1
- Weapon Fusion Effect: Adds Sapphire to your weapon, causing your melee attacks to unleash a gust of freezing mist that can freeze enemies in place and make them vulnerable to attacks and shock damage.
- Arrow Fusion Effect: Adds Sapphire to your next arrow shot, releasing a large blast of freezing ice upon impact. Enemies caught in the blast can be frozen and become vulnerable to attacks and shock damage.
- Shield Fusion Effect: Adds Sapphire to your shield that will detonate a freezing blast upon being struck by an enemy attack.
