Teba

Teba is a disciplined and serious Rito who sometimes comes off as stubborn. He is a highly skilled warrior and talented flyer, making him pretty secure in his own skills.

You'll run into Teba in Rito Village, a place you'll need to explore as part of the main story quest "Regional Phenomena - To Rito Village."

A Rito warrior who once helped Link save Rito Village. He took up the mantle of village elder from Kaneli to become the new leader of his people.

After his son, Tulin, joined with Link to confront the strange phenomenon, he acknowledged him as a fully fledged warrior and entrusted him with his precious bow.

Sean Chiplock voiced not one, not two, but three different characters in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. He was the voice for Revali, Teba, and the Great Deku Tree and is coming back in Tears of the Kingdom to voice Teba once again.

Chiplock is a seasoned voice actor, having worked in great projects like God of War and God of War Ragnarok, Mortal Kombat 11 as Noob Saibot, The Last of Use: Part II as Seraphite, and Ghost of Tsushima.
