Tingle Armor Set

Tingle's Set is comprised of three returning pieces of Armor in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and though it was previously a Breath of the Wild DLC exclusive, this Tingle Set in Tears of the Kingdom can now be acquired via a series of side quests and hidden chests. Tingle's Armor Set cannot be upgraded or dyed, but if worn together it upgrades your speed at night. (Maybe the original Tingle was faster at night?). It also has the unintentional side effect of making most characters recoil in fear as you approach in the outfit!

Tingle's Armor cannot be dyed or upgraded at Fairy Fountans. If you wear Tingle's Hood, Shirt, and Tights together, you'll receive a Night Speed Up Set Bonus. Here are the three pieces of Tingle's Armor:

Tingle's Tights are found in Cape Cales Cliffbase Cave as part of the Misko's Treasure: Pirate Manuscript Side Quest but you don't need to start the Side Quest to find them.

Description: "There was once a man who claimed to be the very reincarnation of a fairy. He treasured these tights, and so will you. After all, they're a rather rare find. Kooloo-Limpah!"

Tingle's tights are located in Cape Cales Cliffbase Cave in East Necluda. The cave is found on the northeast side of Cape Cales at the base of the cliff. You can glide, swim, or take a boat to this cliff in the water. You will be met with a door that can be opened by whistling.

There is a large ship straight inside the cave. To the left of the entrance, the usual place where armor chests are usually held is empty. To find the armor you must board the ship. Because of the shape you cannot climb up the side, there is a wood platform at the front of the ship you can use to ascend onto the deck. Be aware of the Stal enemies onboard.

The chest containing the tights can be found behind a stack of boxes and barrels at the back of the ship.

There is a small cave on the other side of the ship near the front with a Bubblfrog hiding inside.

Tingle's Shirt is found in Dueling Peaks South Cave as part of the Misko's Treasure: Twins Manuscript Side Quest. but you don't need to start the Side Quest to find it.

Ready up your stamina to glide or climb as the path to Tingle's Shirt involves two caves on the sides of the mountains that make up Dueling Peaks. Start in the Dueling Peaks North Cave found on the face of the north mountain between the two peaks.

Upon entering the cave you will face a few Horriblin before continuing to the second chamber. Make note of the triangle shape etched here on the ceiling, particularly of the position of the filled circles.

Continue to the Dueling Peaks South Cave found on the opposite mountain face. It is higher up the mountain than the North Cave and sits on a similar type of ledge.

Be prepared for a Like Like on the wall just inside the entrance. A set of flags above the enemy reveal the path forward. Defeat the Like Like and climb up to the next room.

Destroy the rocks on the right side to find a Bubblfrog hiding in a small chamber before continuing upward.

In this room, you will find a set of switches laid out in the same triangular pattern as the symbol on the North Cave Ceiling. Place rocks on the switches that correspond to the filled-in circles. Completing this puzzle opens a door, revealing the treasure.

Tingle's Hood is found in Statue of the Eighth Heroine Cave as part of the Misko's Treasure: Heroines Manuscript Side Quest but you don't need to start the Side Quest to find it.

Tingle's Hood can be found within the Statue of the Eighth Heroine, located just northwest of the Gerudo Summit in the Gerudo Highlands. To reach the Statue of the Eighth Heroine, fast-travel to the nearby Otutsum Shrine, then travel northward toward Hemaar's Descent.

If you've yet to discover the Otutsum Shrine, launch from the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower before gliding northwest past the Gerudo Summit and the Gerudo Summit Chasm.

When you reach the Statue of the Eight Heroine, you'll notice a large yellow panel on the statue's chest. To open the secret cave entrance, use a Zonai Mirror to deflect sunlight at the panel to power it up until it turns green.

If it's nighttime when you arrive at the statue, build a quick campfire and sit by the fire until noon.

Once the sun is out, stand at the edge of the statue, then look for the small ledge just north of your location. Here, you'll discover a chest that houses 3x Zonai Mirrors. Open your inventory to pull out a Mirror, then deflect the sunlight into the panel until it turns green.

After the panel turns green and you reveal the secret cave entrance, head inside and defeat the small army of monsters within. Once the enemies have been dealt with, approach the altar at the back of the cave.

Use the nearby Zonai Fan or a Korok-Frond Guster to clear the sand pile, and open the chest to get your hands on Tingle's Hood!

Before leaving the cave, look east of the altar to find a sand pile that's blocking a secret passage. Again, use a Zonai Fan or a Korok-Frond Guster to clear the sand pile, then crouch through the small opening to find a Bubbulfrog!
