Traysi

In Breath of the Wild, Traysi was the writer responsible for Rumor Mill, a publication that gave Link hints that would aid him during his adventures. However, in Tears of the Kingdom, Trysi has a new job and is now the editor of Lucky Clover Gazette, the newspaper you see people reading at stables all over Hyrule.

Due to the regional phenomena affecting the Rito Domain, the Rito stable was sold to Traysi and now functions as the Lucky Clover Gazette headquarters. When you visit the place for the first time, you can talk to Traysi, who will immediately give you a job at the paper and pair you up with Penn to investigate the stables all over Hyrule. This will start the side quest "Potential Princess Sightings!"

Completing this quest will get you some rupees and the Froggy Armor set.
