Cece

Cece can be found inside her shop in Hateno Village. To get to her, you'll first have to speak to the people gathered outside of Ventest Clothing and then go inside the boutique to talk to Cece. Doing so will start the side quest "Team Cece or Team Reede?" Starting this Side Quest allows you to start another bunch of Side Adventures vital to the election.

After the election is over, you'll be able to buy armor from Cece's shop. You can also talk to her to access her special collection, where you can replace unique clothes for a fee if you've misplaced or sold them!

You can also ask Cece to rate your fit by doing a Fashion check, and as a fun fact, if you do this while wearing the Hylian Hood, you'll be able to wear it with the hood down.
